LiquidOffice Enterprise Access Option

Enables "named accounts" to login and access forms with Autonomy (formerly Cardiff) LiquidOffice. These accounts are typically useful for initiating forms only and cannot be used in an Approval role.

Enables corporate users to login access to the LiquidOffice Form Server. Whether you have 1000 employees or 100,000 employees, Enterprise Access allows companies to setup a specified number of LiquidOffice user logins. Each user has access to the eForm Repository, Inbox, In Process, Saved Items, Deleted Items, & User Profile. Additional access is granted based on the LiquidOffice roles. Additional roles beyond the Everyone Role, requires a “full user” license.
