Today Optiform announced that it is now an official NSi (Notable Solutions, Inc.) Certified AutoStore Partner (CAP).  Under the terms of the partnership, Optiform will resell the entire product suite of NSi products and provide custom application development services.  The NSi AutoStore product addresses the needs of knowledge-workers to capture documents and data quickly and efficiently from a variety of capture sources such as multi-function devices, desktop scanners, fax, and email.  The documents and data can then be processed and routed to vast number line-of-business applications or content repositories.

Optiform has a keen interest in leveraging its 6 years of experience using the Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) engine called OpenForms 360 which was recently added to the AutoStore product line-up.  The OpenForms 360 product is an industry leading document classification and data extraction engine that allows companies to add automated intelligence between front-office applications and back-end systems.  The result is less impact on the knowledge-worker and no additional staff required in the back-office for exception processing.  The OpenForms 360 product is also capable of processing semi-structured (invoices, statements, orders, etc.) types of documents, as well as unstructured (correspondence, faxes, etc.) types documents.
