Cardiff Releases TeleForm v10.3

Cardiff has announced the release of TeleForm v10.3 and several new features that extend the product capabilities for content capture process automation.  The most noteable enhancements include the following:

• A new improved design interface for setting up processing rules for semi-structured documents with a variable number of pages.
• A new API (Application Program Interface) allowing the development of custom applications and controls within the Verifier module.
• A new document classification tool for identifying logos which does not require the optional IDR (Intelligent Document Recognition) module.
• Improved performance when switching between Correction and Image QC Verifer modes.

The Optiform Professional Services Group (OPS) was selected by Cardiff to beta-test TeleForm v10.3 and provide technical feedback specifically regarding the new Verifier API.  After numerous hours of analysis and testing, the OPS Group was able to successfully develop several custom Verifier modules for processing specific semi-structured document types.  The OPS Group summary report states that the new Verifier API meets the expected requirements and significantly extends the possibilities for automating highly specialized document processes.
