HP and Optiform Join Forces

HP and Optiform announced today a partnership agreement that will provide increased business opportunities in the healthcare sector.  Under the terms of the agreement HP is licensed to resell technology from Optiform for automating the processing of paper-based Explanation of Benefit (EOB) forms.  The technology provides an innovative method for hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and alike to significantly reduce the costs and time cycles to process payment data from insurance payers.  HP expressed an interest in finding an effective payment processing solution for a number of its customers and selected the Optiform technology as best in class.
