OpenText products ending current maintenance April 2023
OpenText has begun the process of ending support for some older versions of its software, including ApplicationXtender and OpenText Capture Document Reader, previously called DoKuStar Pro. OpenText will impose an added Extended Support charge for coverage of the version numbers below, beginning on April 1st, 2023.
Customers using these software versions should consider upgrading to the latest release to benefit from the significant changes the products have undergone, obtain the latest content updates and move to a fully supported release.

TeleForm customers should consider upgrading to the latest version to benefit from the significant changes this product has undergone, obtain the latest content updates and move to a fully supported release.
If the time is not right to upgrade, OpenText offers an Extended Support program for these older software versions.
