    Shannon Crane

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Shannon, an Optiform partner, has 30+ years of management experience of which 20+ years have been at Optiform. In addition to walking her two dogs, she handles client relations, business development, human resources and managing daily operations. After hours, Shannon enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters, grown children, traveling and IU Basketball.

    Jim Middleton

    CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

    After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, Jim received his degree in Electric Engineering/Computer Science from Purdue University. Jim became an Optiform partner in 2001. His career work includes automating IC test results for GM, worked with a team to develop a B1 secure UNIX operating system and extensive work in developing systems for document management, billing, logistics, dispatching, route management, workflow, and mass storage infrastructure.  In his free time, he spends time with family, plays tennis and backpacks.

    Wayne Michael

    SENIOR DEVELOPER

    With over 20 years in the industry, Wayne has been with Optiform since 2006. He is responsible for developing and maintaining software, developing solutions and providing client support. After hours, you can find him spending time with his wife and a small family of 6 boys.

    Megan Thedwall

    Administrative Assistant

    Megan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 2015. After working in the pharmaceutical industry and education, Megan joined Optiform in 2021. She handles renewals, quoting, and invoicing, as well as handling client questions and communications. In her free time, Megan enjoys trivia nights with her friends, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and SCUBA diving.
