In fact, yesterday, we spoke with a company excited to implement an invoice processing automation software so they could stop their Accounts Payable department from printing all the emailed invoices and filing them in file cabinets. They were free to begin exploring this solution because the Accountant that was on staff, which was “of old school mindset”, was no longer with the company and they now had the liberty to modernize their Accounts Payable processes.
