As a reminder, anytime that you upgrade your computer operating system, you have a risk of your software and scanner drivers not being compatible. This reminder comes as Kofax VRS 4.5 and earlier versions are not compatible with Windows 10.

What to do?

To ensure that you will not experience any downtime with your version of VRS, you’ll need to request a full version of the program. Kofax Elite and versions 5.x and higher are compatible.

Please reach out to our sales team to request a quote for purchasing a new VRS license rather than upgrading. This will alleviate the need to hang onto the legacy version in the event of a reinstall.
